*We require the original GoTyger invoice for all warranty issue and tested by our technicians.
*We will only accept defective products for warranty service, inspected and approved by our staff.
*Physically damaged products will not be accepted for warranty.
*If the product is deemed defective, you will be required to fill out an RMA form so that we may send the item to the supplier or manufacturer for warranty service. Depending on the manufacturer warranty policy, the product may be repaired or replaced. This may take 2~10 weeks. A copy of the RMA form will be given to you; please do not lose this form it is your responsibility to keep it in a secure location. GoTyger reserves the right to refuse to release any items left in our possession with out the proper RMA form.

Limited Warranty
GoTyger products are covered by Manufactures warranty. Manufacturer warrants all of its products to be free from defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If, at any time during the warranty period, the product has a defect in workmanship or material, Manufacturer shall repair or replace it at no charge for labor (at Manufacturer option) within a reasonable period of time.
This warranty does not cover defects or malfunctions caused as a result of software transfers, abusive operation, tampering, negligence, improper use, insufficient care or any act beyond the control of GoTyger. The opinion of GoTyger with respect to this matter shall be final.
Section 1: WARRANTY
A manufacturer's one-year warranty applies on bikes for the guarantee against all manufacturing defects, including components, material or quality as follows:
Section 2: LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Bicycle components including frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware are warranted to be free from manufacture defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase.
Wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Lithium-ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear or water damage.
The following are also excluded from warranty:
- Liability for material defects does not cover normal wear from the manufacturer's intended product use.
- Components such as the battery pack, motor system, braking system, drivetrain system, saddle, grips and pedals are all subject to intentional use-related wear. They are not covered under warranty from normal wear.
- Damage arising from the use of the bike in a competition or other applications outside of regular intended use.
- Damage arising from the use of improper tools or inadequate maintenance performed on the bike.
- Damage resulting from adding non-standard equipment, parts or technical modifications.
Section 3: ADDITIONAL WARRANTY TERMS
This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance. This warranty only applies to the original owner of a bicycle. This warranty does not apply to rental or commercial use bicycles. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts at the sole discretion of us. This warranty does not include consumables or normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips). We will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. In no event shall we be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or product liability in connection with their products. All claims to this warranty must be made through. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty request.
Section 4: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON WEAR AND TEAR
Components of the bike are subject to higher wear when compared to bicycles without power assistance. The bike can travel at higher average speeds than regular bicycles and has a greater weight. More increased wear is not a defect in the product and is not subject to warranty. Typical components affected are the tires, brake pads, suspension forks, spokes/wheels and battery pack.
When the useful life of a component is exceeded, it can cause an unexpected loss of function. This can result in serious injuries or even death. Pay attention to signs of wear such as cracks, scratches, changes in color, or operation of components that could indicate material fatigue. Worn parts should immediately be replaced.
